In this 60 to 90-minute training, participants learn about the many interlocking layers of forward looking activities needed to build more resilient communities and develop an understanding of what solutions can be transferred or adapted to address particular challenges in communities as local leaders seek to build greater resilience across the disaster cycle.
This 1-hour training discusses the importance of creating a culture of preparedness at the individual, community, state, and federal levels and helps participants learn how to identify, understand, and reduce disaster exposure.
