Retired Chief Administrative Officer in Property & Casualty Insurance, Private Banking, and Wealth Management, and SBP Board Member since 2022, Deborah (“Deb”) Aldredge has a proven track record in crafting and implementing people strategies to better serve customers and achieve business outcomes. Her experience and technical knowledge are in Human Resources, talent management, succession planning, risk management, cultural transformation, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.

Jacqueline Alexander owns Morale Orchards, a 40-acre pear orchard in Hood River, OR, and is CEO of Know Your Fruit, a freeze-dried and IQF product start-up. A Lewis & Clark Law School alumna, she champions Black leadership and advocates for equity in disaster relief.

Tim Brady is an investor, technology expert, and entrepreneur. Throughout his long career, he has held various roles, including Yahoo!’s Chief Product Officer, Co-founder of Imagine K12, and CEO of QuestBridge.Tim holds degrees from Harvard and Stanford. In addition to serving on SBP’s Board of Directors, he also sits on the board of QuestBridge and ClassDojo.

Francis Bouchard, Managing Director for Climate at Marsh McLennan, develops climate-related solutions for clients, communities, and stakeholders. Formerly at Zurich Insurance, he chairs SBP's Board, serves as a Climate Leader in Residence at Duke University's Nicholas Institute for Energy, Environment, and Sustainability, and is a member of Syracuse University’s Sustainability Lab Advisory Council. He holds degrees from Syracuse University and George Mason School of Law.

Lee Carter leads communication strategy for Fortune 100 and 500 companies, trade associations, and nonprofits. As President of Maslansky + partners, Lee advises major firms like Visa, Bank of America, Coca-Cola, Toyota, Goldman Sachs, and Starbucks. She is a regular contributor on Fox and MSNBC, offering insights into business news and U.S. politics.

A brand strategist with 25 years of experience in branding and advertising, Scott Couvillon knows the importance of bringing an organization together around purpose. He founded Edifi, a consulting firm focused on transforming organizational culture for sustained success. He also serves as a Partner and Board Member of Trumpet Advertising.

Keith Daly, Chief Claims Officer at Zurich North America, leads all aspects of commercial claims handling for the company. Prior to this role, he was President of Personal Lines at Farmers Insurance as well as EVP & Chief Claims Officer, earlier in his career, he held various leadership roles at AIG and Progressive Casualty Insurance Co.

As the founder of AT&T’s Employee Relief Fund and now Chief of Staff to AT&T’s Chief Sustainability Officer, Jennifer drives social innovation and environmental sustainability initiatives that connect community needs to business objectives. A Texan native, Jennifer is the 4th generation in her family to enjoy a career at AT&T.

Marc Jarmosevich, TIAA's Chief Analytics Officer since 2021, is an expert in enterprise analytics strategy. With 20+ years in financial services, he previously led analytics at Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and Wells Fargo. He holds a degree in Philosophy from John Carroll University and previously chaired the board for the Center for Community Transitions.

Courtenay LaRoche is a dedicated and compassionate woman who values family above all. After evacuating to Texas during Hurricane Katrina, she overcame contractor fraud multiple times and returned to New Orleans in 2012 with SBP's assistance. She is now a Licensed Life Health and Accident Agent at Aflac.

Lisa Melillo, Group General Counsel at Travelers, leads a legal team focusing on personal insurance regulatory and compliance issues, data and analytics and customer experience. She holds degrees from the University of Connecticut and Western New England College School of Law, and is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Massachusetts, before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Vickie Nellor, COO of Crown+Conquer, has 35 years as an operations and supply chain executive, focusing on risk management, finance and efficiencies. As an Executive Vice President, she led teams in the U.S., China, and Hong Kong to expand global supply chain operations into international markets.

Brooks Nelson is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Walmart.org, overseeing disaster preparedness, food recovery, and product donations. Previously, he was the Senior Director of Global Resilience at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, where he led disaster response programs. Brooks also worked with the USA Freedom Corps under the Bush Administration. He holds dual degrees from Iowa State University in Public Service and Apparel Merchandising. Brooks resides in Northwest Arkansas.

Patricia Riddlebarger is a corporate citizenship leader and Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility at Entergy Corporation, a Fortune 500 energy company. She spearheaded initiatives like Entergy’s Power of Hope Fund, which raised $4.2 million for Hurricane Katrina relief, and EITC Super Tax Day, which has secured $300 million in tax refunds for low-income households. Patricia holds an MBA from Tulane University and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin. She has been honored as one of the top 10 Latina corporate executives in the U.S. by Latina Style Magazine and a top 50 businesswoman in New Orleans by CityBusiness.

Joe Ruiz led humanitarian relief and resilience programs as the former Vice President of Social Impact at The UPS Foundation. Joe now serves on the boards of SBP, The Center for Disaster Philanthropy, The Salvation Army, and Good360. He previously advised the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council on Risk & Resilience and the ACCP Executive Committee.

John Solon, founder and managing partner at Matrix Financial, LLC, advises closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals on tax and financial matters. Having served on the SBP board since 2011, he and his family frequently volunteer in disaster recovery efforts. He is also active in other boards and social action initiatives.
